During peak bridal, prom, holiday, and vacation seasons, appointment requests and inquiries may take up to 48 business hours to receive a personal response. Please note that we are closed on Sundays and Mondays, and those days are not included in our response time. We personally review each request to ensure the best appointment availability and service recommendations for every client.
